The Power of Breath.
I cannot control everything in my life.
What I can control is my breath.
In many languages, the word for spirit and breath are the same, prana in Sanskrit, spiritus in Latin. In certain cultures, it is believed that our spirit enters the physical body when we take our first breath as newborns.
Breathing is the bridge between mind and body, consciousness and unconsciousness, the movement of spirit in matter. Breath is the key to health and wellness a function we can learn to regulate and develop in order to improve our physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
So take a deep breath…
…and let it go.
