What to Expect

Ecstatic Breathwork and Shamanic Sound Journey
Nature-Rooted (Shamanic) Breath and Sound is a powerful and healing meditative experience that has immense benefits for overall health and wellness. Through this effective and safe guided meditative practice we can move into states of deep relaxation, connection and healing, and allow our bodies to reset and move into life relaxed and ready for whatever life presents us with.
This is an offering for all levels of meditators, breathers, and anyone interested in learning more about breathwork, sound and vibration, and our connection with Nature and consciousness.
We will start with an introduction to these practices followed by a Shamanic Breath and Sound Journey, and we’ll integrate our experiences with connection after the experience.

Sunset Hike with Breathwork and Nature-rooted Meditation
We will meet at a specified trail head before we take off on an easy hike where we will find a spot to sit and move through a guided meditation to connect more deeply with Nature.
Please bring some comfortable hiking shoes, water, a headlamp or flashlight, and anything else you need to be comfortable for this experience! I also recommend bringing a blanket or cushion to sit on for the meditation as well.
